DB Management Consulting Alumni
Florian Droth – Head of Infrastructure Change PCB, EMEA & GY
When I first joined DBMC, I would not have expected to spend close to 10 years with DBMC. Now I can say it was a difficult decision for me to leave, even after such a long time. A truly diverse project portfolio and great colleagues make DBMC a very attractive place, where it just never gets boring. I had the pleasure to spend around 6 years with DBMC in Asia, which added an intercultural spin to the already very attractive talent value proposition. All these components provided amazing learning opportunities and prepared me well for my career in DB. With strong problem solving and project delivery skills, coupled with the ability to align divisions to common goals, DBMC plays an important part in developing DB further and help control consulting spend.
Dr. Peter Seeburger – COO Wealth Management Europe, COO Deutsche Bank (Switzerland) Ltd
DBMC brings together a broad set of very talented and highly motivated people, a real talent pool for the bank. The combination of constant feedback, trainings, and mentoring is unique within DB; the talent development toolset I learned in DBMC is something I also try to apply in my new role.
Marissa Horvatin – CFO of Digital Ventures and Head of Business Insights
The two years I spent with Management Consulting were probably the most valuable investment in my career. I enjoyed the challenging and always gripping projects, the brilliant colleagues and the opportunity to learn so much about the Bank. During this period I also learned a lot about myself, my strengths and where I can drive my career path forward. Even during the maternity leave of my first child I felt strongly supported by my superiors to take the next step in my career. With DBMC, I quickly took over leadership positions and was entrusted with critical decisions. This motivated me in my career aspirations and prepared me very well for the challenges ahead.
